“Every human being is the author of his own health or disease.”– Buddha
The body is a powerful vessel. It emerges from a single fused cell, and grows big enough to contain billions of cells, differentiated organ systems, innumerable neural connections — indeed our very thoughts and emotions.
Holding all of these together is love — from which we came, and to which we return. Unlocking the heart, and connecting the spirit to source can bring lasting peace to the mind, no matter what our life circumstances. Addiction, depression, disease — all illnesses and hardships are opportunities to grow into a more meaningful life.
This series will introduce participants to the Sufi path of healing. We will travel deep into the worlds of the heart, opening to the healing light of the Divine where everything becomes possible.
