The links to the recordings and handouts are below. To get the most out of each session, we recommend that you set aside time to listen in a quiet place. It is common for videos of this length to take some time to download.
DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUDIO FILES:
If you’re using a Windows PC, RIGHT CLICK on an audio button link above, click “save link as” (choose your folder) and the MP3 file should begin downloading right away. After it is done, you may open it in whatever audio program you have on your computer.
If you’re using a Mac, move your cursor over an audio link above, click the CTRL key, then click on the link. (The key is to do this in order) From the pop up box, select “Download Linked File”. The file downloads immediately. Once the download is complete, simply open the file. The MP3 file should open in whatever audio program you have on your computer.
